We aim to ensure smooth and timely delivery of every order placed on our Website.

1. Shipping Within India

  • Free shipping is offered on all domestic orders with a total value of 1,000 or more.
  • For orders below 1,000, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on product type:
    • Standard products: 5–7 business days.
    • Made-to-order/handcrafted items: 7–10 business days.
  • Delivery timelines begin from the Order Confirmation date.
  • Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not counted as working days.
  • We may split an order into multiple shipments to expedite delivery — you will be notified accordingly.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days (includes Pre-orders).
  • Made-to-order items are dispatched as per timelines specified on the product page.
  • Tracking details (AWB number) will be shared via email/SMS once the order is shipped.
  • You can track your delivery using the tracking link provided.
  • If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

3. Shipping Fees & Methods

  • Shipping Threshold: Standard shipping is free on all orders over 1,000.
  • Cash on Delivery (if applicable):
    • May incur a convenience fee charged by courier partners, regardless of the order value.
    • The COD fee is non-refundable.
  • We do not support open box delivery.

4. Delivery Restrictions

  • Deliveries are currently limited to India only.
  • Ensure accurate delivery information while placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:
    • Incorrect/incomplete address.
    • Recipient unavailable.
    • Refusal to accept delivery.
  • Extra charges may apply for re-delivery in such cases.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes to delivery address, product specifications, or cancellations are only possible if the order is not yet processed for dispatch.
  • If support is required, please contact us within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
