Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to ensure smooth and timely delivery of every order placed on our Website.

1. Shipping Within India

  • Free shipping is offered on all orders within India
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on product type
    • Standard products: 5–7 business days
    • Made-to-order/handcrafted items: 7–10 business days
  • Delivery timelines begin from the Order Confirmation date
  • Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not counted as working days
  • We may split an order into multiple shipments to expedite delivery — you will be notified accordingly

 

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders that are in stock are usually dispatched within 3-5 busines  days / Pre order .
  • Made-to-order items are dispatched as per timelines specified on the product page
  • Tracking details (AWB number) will be shared via email/SMS once the order is shipped
  • You can track your delivery using the tracking link provided

If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

 

3. Shipping Fees & Methods

  • Standard shipping is free
  • Cash on Delivery (if applicable):
    • May incur a convenience fee charged by courier partners
    • COD fee is non-refundable
  • We do not support open box delivery

 

4. Delivery Restrictions

  • Deliveries are currently limited to India only
  • Ensure accurate delivery information while placing your order
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:
    • Incorrect/incomplete address
    • Recipient unavailable
    • Refusal to accept delivery

Extra charges may apply for re-delivery in such cases.

 

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes to delivery address, product specifications, or cancellations are only possible if the order is not yet processed for dispatch
  • If support is required, contact us within 24 hours of order placement
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified or cancelled
